A most enjoyable pain

First of all, Instructor Staff, Thank You for your service to our beloved country and for taking the time to inflict such painful fun during the SAC May 3,4.
I learned to not give up even when my knees were begging...HOOYAH to Boat Crew 2 for keeping me going.
And a wet & sandy, hearty HOOYAH to all the Instructors for being so professional.
The teamwork, sacrifice for your swim buddy and desire were extraordinary. I'm already looking forward to next year!

A Good Week

I would have never thought that a group of ten strangers could spend one week going through a hellish type of training, bleed together, laugh togther, and ultimatley come together as a fully automatic weopons system. This was the best week of my life. This camp will undoubtabley benefit anyone considering a career in spec ops. HOOYAAHHH team slit throat!

Arrive as ten! Leave as one! Don't get caught! Hoo-ya! Hoo-ya!

I want to say THANK YOU for the experience of SOF/A and SAC this past week. As a cancer survivor and former Naval Submarine Officer, making it through this week and NOT QUITTING meant more to me than you probably realize - I was crying when it was all over.

Today, I'm still tired, covered in poison oak, and generally banged up. However, I am feeling VICTORIOUS for what I did accomplish - the ability to persevere in spite of obstacles, working effectively as part of Team Slit Throat and NEVER QUITTING - this is PRICELESS.

Ultimately, the experience will make me a stronger athlete and a stronger man.

I have also developed a better appreciation for all that you do as Special Forces operatives - THANK YOU for that perspective and THANK YOU for your service to our country.

Thank you.

Best regards,

They will bust your balls!

First off, SAC Class 15 was a once in a lifetime experience. What made it so exceptional was the intensity at which the instructors ran the training. They were great at trying to get inside your head, whether it was screaming at you or quitely antagonizing you, or having you sit with a pole up your ass for ten minutes, it was a great excercise in mental toughness. And lets not forget that they physically beat the crap out of you for 24 hours as well. If anyone is looking for some authenitc and high speed training, I strongly recommend you to try this program. My two cents, put out, stay positive, look after your team, and you'll be able to laugh at the stuff you went through with your teammates the next morning.
