Fred Kolberg

 

An 18D(Delta) SEAL medic, Mr. Kolberg specialized in combat medicine and excelled as a Vertical Assault Master, Expert Marksman, Helicopter Rope Suspension Training Master (HRST), Tactical Field Operator, Weapons Training, Surveillance Detection, Counter Surveillance, Combat Swimmer, Underwater Demolition, Underwater Search & Rescue, Close Quarters Battle (CQB) and many other combat skills.

Mr. Kolberg retired from the SEAL teams in 2003 after serving his country for 21 years.  Upon his retirement, Mr. Kolberg worked for the State Department, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan where he served as Team Leader.  Following his multiple deployments to the Middle East, Mr. Kolberg was instrumental in establishing a working model for Visit Board Search and Seizure (VBSS) training for the Navy and was hand-picked by the Navy to create a training program for Riverine Warfare instruction.

He is the co-founder and President of Trauma Training FX, Inc. (T²FX) and Tactical Training, Inc. (T²).  T²FX is a premier company that provides combat medicine first responder training to non-medical personnel following Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) guidelines and Tactical Training, Inc. (T²) provides tactical training, utilizing decades of combat training experience and bringing “real-world experience” into a training environment.
Mr. Kolberg is married and resides in Virginia Beach with his family.
